Associate at Opeo, Grégory Richa has more than 15 years’ experience in the design, transformation and upscaling of industrial operations since graduating from the Ecole Centrale Paris. He helps companies of all sizes (start-ups, SMEs and major groups) to:
– migrate towards low carbon, circular operations: strategy, industrial models, sustainability of resources
– design operational systems and industrial performance: procurement, logistics, manufacturing, 4.0, autonomous organizations and leadership
– re-engineer industrial sites: industrial investment, rationalization, reconversion of brownfield sites
He co-authored the study “Pivoter vers l’industrie circulaire” (Pivoting towards circular industry), published in April 2021.
