Currently responsible for International Development for the Charente-Maritime département in western France, Lise oversees the département’s decentralized cooperation programme in Guinea and Djibouti.
Trained in development economics, she had previously undertaken several international solidarity missions in Niger, the Comoros and the Central African Republic.
